In principle, we only use your personal data within our company. Third parties only receive this personal data to the extent that the transmission is necessary for the corresponding service. As part of the order, the warehouse, packers, parcel services and payment service providers are included. 9.1 Warehouses & Packers

The packaging and shipping of your order will be handled by a service provider. This only receives data that is necessary for shipping goods. These are: Details of the products ordered, their name and their delivery address. 

9.2 Parcel Services

To deliver orders, we work with the shipping service providers DHL and DPD. The executing shipping company receives your name, delivery address and, if necessary, your email address in order to send a shipment tracking.

Your data and order information will be passed on in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of the GDPR and is used exclusively for the purpose of payment processing. During payment processing, depending on the payment method, the IBAN, card number, check digit and other transaction data (e.g. date/time of the transaction, payment amount) are processed. This data is only stored and processed for as long as it is necessary for the execution of the contract and the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
