Without milk, palm oil, additives, emulsifiers or added sugar, the puree scores with 79% nuts, natural sweetness from date flour, lots of fibre and real bourbon vanilla.
Why does Coconut Crush taste so heavenly? Because it's homemade! We don't use ready-made coconut puree, but make our own puree from grated coconut before each production. The cashews are also freshly roasted before processing. A difference you can taste.
This nutty-sweet temptation is not only great as a spread on a sandwich, but also as a drizzle on a breakfast bowl or as a melt-in-the-mouth filling for sweet crepes or as a topping for pancakes.
The cream is also absolutely tempting straight from the spoon. However, it would be wrong to call it a sin: Coconut Crush has up to 50% less sugar than competing products and comes up trumps with over 11 g protein and 13 g fibre per 100 g.
The only drawback is that the glass is empty too quickly.
