- The recipient of the information provided by the participant is: Green Grizzly GmbH, Herztstraße 71, 13158 Berlin, as operator of the website wholeyorganics.com (short: “organizer”). The information provided will only be used for the competition.
- Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these terms and conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.
- The competition begins on November 1, 2021 and restarts every month. Each month is a separate competition with a duration of 30 days.
- You can win a package of different Wholey products worth around €100 every month. People over the age of 18 who live in Austria or Germany are allowed to take part.
- Registration for the competition is done like this: after registering for the Wholey newsletter and agreeing via double opt-in, all new registrations will be included in the selection.
- Each registration counts only once.
- The prize will be drawn after the end of the implementation period and will not be open to the public.
- The winners will be informed via email. Winners must report their contact and address details by email to Wholey (hello@wholey.de) within 5 working days (from notification of winning). If winners do not confirm acceptance of the prize during this time, their claim to the prize will expire without replacement. A replacement winner will then be determined using the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize.
- If personal data from participants is collected as part of the competition, these will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be deleted after the competition has ended. The participants expressly agree to this. Participants can revoke this consent at any time by telephone or email. The participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data submitted.
The participants' personal data will be used and collected by the organizer in compliance with data protection regulations.
Consent can be revoked at any time by deleting the relevant post. In this case, the participant also declares that they will no longer take part in the competition.
Legal recourse is excluded.
