Conditions of participation in the “Endless Summer” competition

The “Endless Summer” competition is run by Green Grizzly GmbH, Drontheimer Straße 34a, 13359 Berlin, email: info@wholey.de, organized.

PARTICIPATION IN THE ONLINE CONTEST

The competition starts on September 1st, 2022 and ends on September 30th, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.

Participation is free, but requires the purchase of a “Wholey” brand product and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) within the competition period.

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation.

2.1 Eligibility to Participate 

Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany and Austria who have uploaded a proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) for a Wholey product purchased during the promotional period, have completely and correctly filled out the form embedded and linked on https://wholeyorganics.com/pages/endless-summer via Typeform and have accepted the terms and conditions of participation. Each additional proof of purchase entitles you to another participation and therefore increases your chance of winning.
Employees of Green Grizzly GmbH and the participating cooperation partners as well as their relatives are excluded from participation. If the conditions of participation are violated, the organizer reserves the right to exclude the affected persons from the competition. If necessary, the winnings can also be subsequently withdrawn in these cases. Persons who are not eligible to participate will be immediately excluded from participation.

2.2 Participation

To take part in this competition, the participant must fill out the form on https://wholeyorganics.com/pages/endless-summer embedded and linked via Typeform, complete with his/her legal name and email address correctly.

2.3 Deadline for Participation

The deadline for participation is September 30, 2022, 11:59 p.m. Late arrivals will no longer be taken into account when participating.

DETERMINATION OF THE WINNER AND PRIZE

3.1 Profit

The following prizes will be raffled among all participants who meet the participation conditions listed above: 

Main prize : A voucher with a voucher code worth EUR 2,000.00 from Yoga & Meer, redeemable for retreat offers from the program of Yoga und Meer Reiseberatung GbR, Walther-Rathenau-Str. 11, 67071 Ludwigshafen am Rhein, until December 31, 2023 at www.yoga-reisen-meer.de . The voucher code is personal, not transferable or redeemable.

- A hotel voucher for a weekend (2 nights) for two people including spa and breakfast at the Castanea Resort Hotel (www.castanea-resort.de), redeemable within three years.

- A hotel voucher for a weekend (2 nights) for two people in a double room including breakfast and spa at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Berlin ( grandhyattberlin.com) , redeemable until August 31, 2022.

- A hotel voucher for one night for two people in a double room including breakfast and use of the “Five Senses” spa at The James Hotel (www.dasjames.com), redeemable until December 22nd, 2023. The period December 23rd - 31st, 2022 is excluded.

- A voucher for entry to the Day Spa for 2 people at the Andaz Munich ( andaz.com ) , redeemable from Monday to Friday during regular opening hours of the Spa at the Andaz. At weekends, the voucher can only be redeemed in conjunction with an additional treatment booking.

- 2x a pottery set from HelloClayre ( HelloClayre ) for pottery without a kiln

- 4x ein Wholey Breakfast Bundle L1x - ein Wholey Breakfast Bundle XL

A cash payout, change or exchange of the prize is not possible.

3.2 Determination and notification of winners

On September 12th, 19th, 26th and 30th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., the prizes will be drawn at random among all those who have taken part to date and the winners will be notified by email by 11:59 p.m. on the following working day. The main prize will be drawn on September 30, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. The winner must respond to this email within ten working days. If the winner does not confirm receipt of the prize notification within ten working days, the prize will be forfeited and another participant will be drawn and contacted. No additional prizes will be raffled off.

The prizes will be sent to the winners by post. Vouchers can be redeemed depending on availability. 

3.3 Additional Costs

In addition to the profit, extra costs may arise. The participant bears all incidental or extra costs associated with the prize or its acceptance or use, such as travel to and from the prize and meals, unless these are expressly borne by the respective organizer.

CANCELLATION

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice for important reasons. Termination for an important reason can occur in particular if proper implementation of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Liability towards participants is excluded in this respect. If such a termination was caused by the intentional behavior of a participant, the organizer can demand compensation from this person for the resulting damage.

LIABILITY

The organizer continually strives to provide correct and up-to-date information. Despite the greatest care, no guarantee is given for the accuracy and completeness of the content of the websites listed here and/or these conditions of participation.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

If individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation are or become invalid, the validity of the rest of the terms and conditions of participation will not be affected. Each participant is only entitled to win once. Legal recourse is excluded. A cash payout, change or exchange of the prize is not possible. Claims to prizes are not transferable.

These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and organizers are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Data protection notice

If personal data of participants is collected as part of the competition, these will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. After the competition has ended, all personal data used in this context will be deleted without request. The participant agrees that the data collected as part of the competition (in particular, but not limited to: name, email address) may be used to carry out the competition. Furthermore, the participant agrees that the organizers may contact the winner via his/her email address.
