Creamy Smoothie Bowl with Pumpkin
This smoothie bowl is super creamy with pumpkin and banana and tastes spicy-sweet with spices. The feel-good experience is rounded off with crunchy granola and creamy nut butter - so autumn can last forever!
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 200g Hokkaido pumpkin, steamed and cooled as needed
- 1 banana
- 250 ml plant drink
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1 pinch ground vanilla
- Toppings: 2 tsp Almond Candy , 2 handfuls Chocolate Granola ,
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients for the bowl in the blender to a creamy mass.
- Divide between two bowls, add toppings and enjoy!
Quick Porridge with Blueberries
Use the last fresh blueberries of the year for a simple berry porridge . They are rich in antioxidants , taste heavenly sweet like summer and nip the first autumn blues in the bud. The porridge is prepared in no time and is particularly fresh when combined with mint and vanilla.
Green smoothie with celery and spinach
As the days start to cool down, you may not instinctively feel like an iced smoothie made with frozen ingredients. You can also simply prepare your smoothie with fresh fruit and vegetables and enjoy your vitamin kick at room temperature.
Ingredients:
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 leaf of kale, without stem
- 1 ripe pear
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 - 2 dates
- juice of a lemon
- 250 ml water
Preparation:
Wash all ingredients, remove seeds and puree in a blender until creamy. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
