It's clear that we mainly eat our bowls, but since we also need variety in terms of taste, we love to experiment with the bowl base and keep developing new, exciting vegan breakfast recipes with our four varieties. Here we'll show you how you can pimp up your smoothie bowls with very simple tricks so that they always taste excitingly new.

For some people, our smoothie bowls are too cold, especially in the morning AND especially in autumn and winter. That's why we thought we'd combine them with a delicious, warm porridge. The result is this delicious porridge bowl recipe . The açaí bowl shines with its fruity acidity and irresistible sweetness of blueberries, strawberries, banana, açaí, dates and coconut butter. Combined with porridge refined with cinnamon, it becomes the perfect breakfast to warm you from the inside - goodbye cold feet!

Recipe for our Açaí Porridge Bowl ⭐️

You need the following ingredients for 2 servings:

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes

  • A pack of our Açaí Bowl
  • 150 ml water for the bowl
  • 70 g oats
  • 350 ml water
  • 150 ml plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Figs
  • Granola, optional

And here's how it goes:

  1. Mix 350 ml of water with 150 ml of plant milk in a saucepan and add the oat flakes.
  2. Let everything boil briefly and then reduce the heat to low - medium.
  3. Cook the oat flakes, stirring constantly, for about 15 minutes until a creamy porridge forms.
  4. In the meantime, mix our bowl with 150 ml of water for about 60 seconds. It's best to use a pestle.
  5. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add a teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of salt to the porridge.
  6. Then top the finished porridge with our Açaí Bowl and add fresh fruit, granola or nuts depending on availability and taste.
