Sprouted Super Porridge is full of fiber and complex carbohydrates that give you plenty of energy. The best thing is that you prepare it the night before, so you don't lose much time in the morning and can start right away. You can also prepare the topping right away or finish it in the morning. Instead of plums, pears, apples or nectarines are also suitable.
Ingredients for Alps Overnight Oats (1 serving)
- 50 g Super Porridge Apple Cinnamon
- 100 ml Haferdrink
- 50 g Zwetschgen
- 1 EL Kokosöl
- 1/2 TL Zimt
- 1 EL Power Boost Topping
- In the evening, mix porridge mix with oat drink in a sealable jar and let soak overnight in the refrigerator. Tip: The jar should be large enough that you also get a few toppings in it.
- In the morning, wash the plums, cut them in half, remove the seeds and cut them into wedges. Heat a little coconut oil in a small saucepan and briefly roast the plums with cinnamon.
- Top Overnight Oats with plums and Power Boost topping. Close lid well.
