Sometimes it just has to be chocolate. This chocolate smoothie bowl is an ideal way to combat sweet cravings in a natural way:
Thanks to dates and bananas, it tastes wonderfully sweet even without refined sugar and has an extremely creamy consistency that is almost too good to be healthy. Almond butter and cinnamon provide that certain extra something and make the bowl a real comforter.
Combined with fruity berries and a few crunchy cocoa nibs as a topping, this bowl is absolutely irresistible - not just for breakfast!
Ingredients for the chocolate smoothie bowl (for one serving)
Ingredients for the smoothie bowl
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- approx. 100 ml almond drink
- 2 tablespoons of almond paste
- 3 pitted Medjool dates
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 handful of ice cubes
Ingredients for the topping
- fresh raspberries
- 1 TL Almond Candy Nussmus
- Cacao nibs
preparation
- Mix all the ingredients for the smoothie bowl until creamy. Depending on the desired consistency, use a little more or less almond drink.
- Pour the chocolate smoothie into a bowl, decorate with toppings and enjoy.
