Then we have the perfect recipe for you to combat cravings: Our No Bake Granola Bars are the healthy alternative to sugary cereal bars and are also quick to prepare, crispy, sweet and ideal to take with you. We use our Crunchy Granola made from ancient grains and combine it with naturally sweet dates and our creamy Almond Candy nut butter. Prepare once and snack on it all week - sounds like a good plan, right?
Ingredients for about 10 small bars
- 200 g pitted, soft dates
- 200 g Crunchy Granola Original
- 40 g pumpkin seeds
- 80 g maple syrup
- 4 EL Almond Candy Nussmus
preparation
- Line a baking or casserole dish (20 x 20 cm) with baking paper.
- Process the dates, maple syrup and nut butter in the food processor to form a dough-like mixture and pour into a bowl.
- Mix the granola and pumpkin seeds, add them to the date mixture and mix all the ingredients well.
- Press the dough evenly into the pan lined with baking paper and press down with a glass. Place in the fridge for half an hour and then cut 10 bars from the dough.
