Who are you and what are you doing?
I'm Léon Schäfer, German para-athlete in the 100m sprint and long jump disciplines.
What does your typical daily routine look like?
The day starts with breakfast, training, lunch and regeneration. This is followed by duties such as e-mails, university matters, etc. To compensate, I listen to a lot of music, hang out with friends and at the end there is an extensive dinner.
What has been the best moment in your career so far?
My gold medal at the 2017 World Championships in London with the 4x100m relay.
What is important to you in your diet?
I try to eat as balanced and varied as possible. So that I can provide my body with the energy it needs.
Sport plays a major role in your life. What do you do in your free time?
Mainly music and a lot of Netflix.
