For the bowl

  • 100 g mango, diced and frozen
  • 50 g peach frozen
  • 50 g passion fruit puree frozen (alternative: 2 passion fruits fresh)
  • 100 ml coconut yogurt
  • ½ tsp ground vanilla

Toppings

  • 1 Passion fruit, halved
  • 1 tsp coconut chips
  • fresh mint leaves

Mango Smoothie Bowl Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients for the smoothie bowl until creamy. Depending on the desired consistency, add some liquid, for example coconut water or coconut drink. 
  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl, decorate with toppings and enjoy.
