Is a smoothie bowl too cold in the morning, a warm cereal porridge too warm or just too boring? Then we have the perfect mixture for a balanced breakfast: The basis is a porridge made from millet flakes, refined with aromatic vanilla and sweetened with agave syrup. Spread the fruity, fresh açaí bowl over it. Together with fresh berries, coconut flakes and nut butter, this combination is not only heavenly delicious, but also gluten-free - and simply beautiful to look at.
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 50 g millet flakes
- 250 ml plant drink
- 1 TL vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 Wholey Açaí Bowl
- 1 handful of fresh berries
- 2 TL desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp Almond Candy (or nut butter of your choice)
preparation
- Bring the millet flakes and plant drink to the boil in a small pot and simmer until the desired consistency. Stir in vanilla and agave syrup. Allow the porridge to cool to the desired temperature, then divide into two glasses.
- In the meantime, prepare the açaí bowl according to the package instructions.
- Spread the açaí bowl over the warm base. Serve with fresh berries, coconut flakes and nut butter and enjoy!
Remarks
If you want to do it quickly, you can simply use Wholey Super Porridge instead of the millet flakes and the other ingredients for the warm base and prepare it according to the instructions on the packet.
