- Layered chocolate mousse with açaí mirror
- Cashew coconut panna cotta with tropical fruits
- Spekualtius baked apple with granola filling
Layered chocolate mousse with açaí mirror
The absolute classic among festive desserts: Mousse au Chocolat . You can easily prepare this chocolatey dessert vegan - and you don't need many ingredients: chocolate, silken tofu and date syrup.
We couldn't really decide between light and dark mousse, so we'll just combine them. Of course, you can also just prepare a mousse. Pimped with a fruity layer of açaí, the Brazilian super berry even ends up on the table on Christmas Eve. Merry Christmas!
Cashew coconut panna cotta with tropical fruits
For a really good panna cotta, you don't need cow's milk cream or gelatin. Our version uses creamy coconut milk in combination with cashew butter and the vegetable binding agent agar agar. Mango and passion fruit round off the classic dessert.
By the way: The Cashew Coconut Panna Cotta also tastes delicious with blueberries and raspberries.
Speculoos baked apple with granola filling
There is hardly a more wintry dessert than baked apple with speculaas . Filled with crunchy granola and nuts, this dessert smells temptingly good even as it is being prepared.
Prepare the apples during the day or the day before, then all you have to do is pop them in the oven before serving. The baked apples taste best served warm and with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
